Shipments and returns

The necessary shipping speed and cost is included for most items (especially perishable items) with a fixed handling at $7.80!

Larger items may vary from $7.80- $16

Secure packaging, and fragile shipping included:

Shipping included for perishables and products able to melt/expire

Signature- $7

1-2 day- $150

Fragile handling- $35

Shipping included for non perishables

Ground (small to medium items)- $25

Ground (Large items)- $55

Your pack shipment

All baskets/gifts are arranged and hand made. Processing may take 3-7 business days depending on high demand. So it would be best to order early and set your required date. Packages are generally dispatched within 2-4 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS, fed ex or USPS with tracking and drop-off with signature. We also will try to provide you with a link to track your package online (when available) or keep you updated.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own discretion, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

RETURNS

• Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
• You are unable to cancel after 8 hours or after 12:00AM whichever is sooner.
• All sales are final.

DELIVERY

Please know that if the recipient is not home and the shipper was unable to deliver the package, this does not qualify as the shipper missing the delivery. Also, circumstances beyond our control or the shipping company, such as severe weather, natural disasters and so forth void the delivery guarantee. Due to the nature of the items and gifts, etc. Upon delivery the package must be signed for to insure delivery.

What's in our baskets?

Portable: 2-10 lbs

Portable gifts/baskets have samples and fun size items you would see included with large/deluxe that's great for traveling, parties, to give a small keepsake or gift, etc.

Regular: 5- 15lbs

• Regular baskets/gifts are an assortment of full size items that would be included with large/deluxe

Large: 7- 18lbs

• Full size items- Everything you see listed in the large gift description of that particular item will be included

Deluxe: 10- 25lbs

• Full size items- Everything you see listed in the deluxe gift description of that particular item will be included
