PAYMENT OPTIONS

DELIVERY

  • Purchases are usually shipped within 2 days of receipt and delivered within 2-14 business days, based on item availability. Because some of Protokitty products are hand-made, made to order, limited edition products, or high demand products they may require 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.
  • You will be informed of availability at the time of your purchase.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING 

Insure shipping benefits and shipping info:

  • All orders are shipped via insured UPS. 
  • You may request shipments to require a signature upon delivery.
  • Choose ups for the fastest shipping and insured shipping
  • Free ice packs (automatically when needed).
  • We only use non-hazardous gel ice packs.
  • Shipping times exclude Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
  • Shipping prices are subject to change. 
  • Sales tax is not added unless we are shipping within Massachusetts (6.25%).
  • When using our Insure shipping or any way you choose to receive your items, protokitty is unaccountable if the receiver cannot be there or on time to receive delivery.

RETURNS 

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. 
  • You are unable to cancel.
  • All sales are final.

 

TO INSURE FRESHNESS

  • For perishables, chocolates, or flowers please use expedited or 2-1 day shipping. We cannot verify or insure freshness with ground shipping.
  • Though we will get your items to you as best and promptly as possible, we cannot guarantee anything once in transit (being shipped to you) we use ups or usps mail for shipping. 

  • Most baskets are handmade, and we make them all, immaculately and professionally. The gourmet food used is brand named and/or all natural and/or organic. We inspect every item used to insure quality, texture, and taste at its best.
